For Tenants: Prevention and rental asstance, deposit and move-in assistance, housing locator services, connections to other needed services, Ready to Rent classes.

For Property Owners: Help filling empty units, free advertising for vacancies, help from housing case managers for tenant responsibilities.

For Agencies, Churches and Organizations: Help your clients obtain stable housing, combine your assistance and service with the HRC for good housing outcomes.

The Clallam County Housing Resource Centers are a partnership between Serenity House of Clallam County (Port Angeles and Sequim) and the Peninsula Housing Authority (Forks).

The HRCs are funded by a grant to Clallam County from the Washington State Department of Commerce, Homeless Grant Assistance Program.
